The new form lets readers pick from preset options instead of leaving vague comments, so you get clear insights into what's working and what needs improvement.
Choose between emoji or yes / no reactions, customize the question prompt, and decide whether the comment field is off, optional, or required.

Update your DNS CNAME record to activate CDN:
- Old target: custom.notiondesk.help
- New target: cname.notiondesk.help
Update your DNS in Settings → General. Changes take effect within minutes once DNS propagates.
