Collection pages can now display their own content!
Great for providing overviews, introductions, or helpful context above the list of articles.
If your Notion collection page includes content, it will now appear at the top of the collection view in your help center.

The Clarity theme now supports collapsible collections in the left-hand navigation, perfect for help centers with lots of content!
We've added flexible display modes so you can control how navigation behaves:
- Static: all collections stay expanded and can't be collapsed (default behavior)
- Multi: visitors can expand or collapse any number of collections
- Single: only one collection stays open at a time, ideal for keeping focus on the current section
Set your preferred mode in the Customization Settings under the Navigation section.
This change was driven by your feedback, thanks for helping us make Notiondesk better! 🫶

We've added automatic sitemap generation to all help centers!
This means search engines like Google can now better index your content, helping your articles get found more easily.
To access your sitemap, just add
/sitemap.xml
to your help center URL. For example: help.notiondesk.so/sitemap.xmlYou can also submit this URL to Google Search Console to speed up visibility!
Group related content with tag.
You can now add tags to your articles, just like hashtags. Make it easier for visitors to discover related content across collections!

Never miss a message again!
A red dot now appears in your dashboard when there are unread contact form messages or new article feedback.
This small but powerful update was inspired by your feedback, making sure important interactions never go unnoticed!
