We're introduce a new article status called "Review"

Articles marked as "
Review
" will remain editable and can be updated without immediately syncing these changes to your live help center.
This status is perfect for articles that need updates aligned with upcoming feature releases or other timed events, ensuring they go live only when you're ready.
How it works:
  • Simply change the article status to "Review" when you make edits that shouldn't go live immediately.
  • Once you're ready, switch the status to "Published" to sync the changes.

Faster Manual Sync and Dynamic Syncing!
Your help center will now dynamically sync when you have visitors. This feature replaces the daily sync option. Enable automatic syncing in your settings.
Manual syncing is now faster, depending on the number of articles you have, it can take between 10 seconds to 1 minute.
Additionally, we've introduced more detailed feedback on common sync errors and how to resolve them.
