Add the ability to set up and manage redirects for articles and collections. This would help preserve SEO, create custom URLs, and make it easy to update links without breaking them.

As an organisation hosting a help center in Notiondesk, I would like that my customers are able to sign up for automated email notifications, when I update the contents of a specific help center page. This request came directly from our customer. It would be good if the reader/customer could on a specific page click the option 'subscribe to updates' and enter their email address to get notifications, when changes to that specific page are made.

This would really help when I want to share a Help Center article link with someone from Notion

HUUUGE feature would be to implement automatic translation. You can use OpenAI API to send text to it, and put translated portions in the correct position in article as it is in the original. After all, most of us will use ChatGPT to translate articles to different languages, why not automate this from start? I wouldn't mind if it takes a week after I click on "Automatic translate" until all my articles and collections are automatically translated, it will save me LOTS of manual copy/paste to GPT > translate > copy/paste to Notion work

Add option to search articles and collections by name in Notiondesk dashboard, it gets pretty hard to find them once you have couple of hundreds of articles

Implement a feature that gives users the option to hide the number of articles label on collection listings, enabling a more streamlined presentation according to user preference.

Implement a feature that allows users to customize the position of the collection listing icon, enabling options to place it in the center or on the left side of the interface.

Introduce the ability to add a customizable title above the search bar, such as welcoming phrases like "Hi, how can we help?", to enhance user engagement and provide a personalized experience.

To have as many footer/header link options as selected languages and link them together accordingly. This would allow the user to access the website in the same language they are viewing the Notiondesk helpcenter.

Introduce the capability for users to customize the color of collection item listings, allowing for a personalized interface that can align with individual or brand color schemes.
